Language Lessons for a Living Education Level 2 Course Description
This character-building, story-based approach harmoniously blends Charlotte Mason's ideas with traditional learning pedagogies, offering a holistic approach to language arts education rooted in Christian values for the modern homeschool student. Utilizing phonics, observation, and reading comprehension through poems, stories, and real books as the foundation, your student will build the stamina and skill for reading books and writing sentences. Each quarter has a dependable pattern, but with five stories, two picture studies (one Bible-based), and two poems (one Psalm), students will always look forward to something new!
Using the spelling words and the Dictionary Worksheets, students will increase their vocabulary by creating their own dictionary.
Students will strengthen their reading and narration skills and write up to three sentences comfortably by the end of the course.
